How MemoryBanc Fosters Conversations and Creates Legacy

Step 1: Get Started

You can kick off your Memorybanc journey by signing up through a simple form. You’ll choose how you’d like to receive our messages: either through text messages (SMS) or email.

Step 2: The First Hello

Once you’ve signed up, both you and your loved one will receive a welcome message from us. This is the start of a beautiful journey!

Step 3: Your First Memory Prompt

No matter what day it is, about 15 minutes after you sign up, your loved one will get their first Memorybanc prompt. This will be either a text or an email with a question and a link. All they need to do is click the link to answer the question.

Step 4: Capturing the Stories

Every answer your loved one submits gets securely stored and organized by us. You’ll receive a link to a Document that keeps all their responses, with the latest story always at the top.

Step 5: Regular Reminders

After the first question, your loved one will automatically receive a new memory prompt from us every Monday at 1pm. It’s a gentle reminder to keep sharing and preserving their life experiences.

Step 6: Subscriptions Made Simple

After your loved one answers their third question, we’ll send you a link to subscribe to Memorybanc. After you’ve subscribed, you’ll continue to receive their beautiful stories for as long as you maintain the subscription.
